How do the live online classes work?

You receive a private link for your batch. Classes run in small groups so the teacher can see and correct you in real time, and every session is recorded for you to revisit.

What equipment do I need at home?

A non-slip mat and around two metres of clear floor space are enough. A blanket, two blocks and a belt help, and we will suggest household alternatives if you do not own props.

Can yoga help with a specific health condition?

Our therapeutic programs cover back pain, thyroid, PCOD, diabetes and stress management. We ask for a short health history first and coordinate with your physician's advice.

What if I miss a class?

Recordings are available for every live class, and members can join an alternate batch of the same level during the week.

How do memberships and refunds work?

Memberships run monthly, quarterly or annually and can be paused once per cycle. If you are unhappy within the first week of a new plan, write to us and we will make it right.
