Begin with our Yoga for Beginners program. The first two weeks focus purely on breath, alignment and simple sequences, and your teacher will adjust everything to your comfort.

How do the yoga sessions work?

A certified teacher comes to your home or workplace at your chosen time. Sessions run one-to-one or in small groups so every posture is seen and corrected.

What equipment do I need at home?

A non-slip mat and around two metres of clear floor space are enough. A blanket, two blocks and a belt help, and we will suggest household alternatives if you do not own props.

Can yoga help with a specific health condition?

Our therapeutic programs cover back pain, thyroid, PCOD, diabetes and stress management. We ask for a short health history first and coordinate with your physician's advice.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Book a free trial class and experience a full session with your teacher before choosing a membership.

What if I miss a class?

Just let us know in advance and we will reschedule your session to another slot in the same week.

How do memberships and refunds work?

Memberships run monthly, quarterly or annually and can be paused once per cycle. If you are unhappy within the first week of a new plan, write to us and we will make it right.
